Why they chose this property
Located on the west side of Ann Arbor, Eberwhite is a highly desirable neighborhood full of nature, old-growth trees, and parks. It's lively and full of exciting people from all walks of life. It's not uncommon to meet neighbors going for a walk (in warmer months). For most of our guests - like us - this is exactly what we want/pictured! If this isn't your jam, that's ok - we bend over backward for our guests but we can't (don't want to) change the neighborhood culture!
What makes this property unique
Mere minutes to all of the downtown Ann Arbor area; there's plenty to do for tastes of every kind. We've compiled a guidebook for our guests to use - it's been populated based on our experience living here and the common questions our guests ask!
There's a phenomenal public transit system here in Ann Arbor, and we're close to several lines and the Blake transit center. Really, you'll never need to use them because you're mostly walking, biking, or ubering (when it's cold out) to anywhere you could want to go downtown.
